Pricing
Dumpster price blocks contain all of the information relative to quoting a customer. The blocks are common to either layout so there is no need to worry about any differences.
Primary Results vs. Standard
When searching you will encounter two color formats applied to the pricing blocks. Blocks that display their volume and waste type in green are considered primary. Other blocks use a standard color format where the volume and waste type show up in a standard grey.
Primary
Standard
Primary products should be considered better options for cutomers. These products have been selected by the vendor relations team as optimal for the size and volume. Products can be listed as primary for any number of reasons which can include competitive price, inventory, hauler relationship, availability, and more. Standard products should be considered as potential backups if primary listings are not available.
Alerts
In the newest version of the application alerts have been expanded to cover more specific areas to avoid including irrelevant information in search results. For example, if an alert only pertains to a certain hauler's dumpster size or hauler's service area, those alerts shouldn't necessarily show up on all results from that hauler. Therefore we broke out alerts into three specific areas:
- Hauler alerts - relevant for all hauler service areas and products. They appear on all results for that hauler.
- Service area alerts - relevant only to a specific hauler service area and will not appear for results in other serivce areas. An alert applied to the 'zone 1' service area will not be shown for the 'zone 2' service area.
- Product alerts - relevant only to a specific product. If a hauler is out of 10 yard dumpsters the alert will not appear for 20 yard or 30 yard dumpsters etc.
Within the price blocks the alerts will always appear above the pricing information to stand out as much as possible.

Product Notes
Each price block can also have notes associated with it. These product notes are useful for passing along any necessary contextual information that isn't expressed elsewhere. These will appear, if applicable, just below the alert area.
Example
Volume, Rank, Waste Type, Copy to Clipboard
Starting at the left most portion of the pricing blocks you will see this section that will display several importan pieces of information about the dumpster.
- Dumpster Volume
- In some instances we sell larger sizes as smaller sizes with fill and weight restrictions. If that is the case you will see a small section below the volume that will indicate it's actual size. This can be important for placement.
- In some instances dumpsters will be non-standard dimensions. If that is the case you will see a section below the volume that indicates the expected dimensions of the dumpsters. Again, this can be very important for placement.
- Rank
- Rank is represented by the number in the white circle. A product's rank indicates the order of preference for that dumpster's volume within it's given waste type.
- Waste type
- There are a variety of waste types a dumpster can be categorized as. Common examples are Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) or Construction Debris (C&D). The waste type for a given dumpster will appear next to the rank circle.
- Copy to clipboard
- The copy to clipboard button works the same as previous versions of the application. When you click the button you should be notified that you have successfully copied the Netsuite search string to your clipboard. You can now search Netsuite by pasting the string and searching for the product.
Examples
Accepted Debris Types
There is a group of specific debris types that haulers may or may not take in their dumpsters. This section will highlight whether the dumpster can include the item, can include the item but with exceptions, or simply cannot include the item at all. This bar is intended to quickly identify what materials can and cannot be accepted.
Depending on the intended use of the dumpster you may see different items listed. However, the icons and colors will always suggest the same thing.
- Green with a check check_circle - this item can be accepted without exceptions
- Orange with a question markhelp - this item can be accepted but with exceptions
- To view the exceptions for items that are marked orange with a question mark you will need to hover over the item. The exceptions will appear in a tooltip for you to read.
- Grey with a cross block - this item is prohibited.

Pricing, Tonnage, and Rental Period
This section shows primary information that will need to be communicated to the customer while quoting:
- The price of the dumpster and the cost structure. Cost structure informs if the charge is flat rate or some form of haul away and disposal costs.
- Hover to see the our cost from the hauler, profit margin, and cost structure notes.
- The weight limit of the dumpster and the overage cost to the customer.
- Hover to see our overage cost from the hauler.
- The rental length and the overage cost to the customer.
- Hover to see any additional rental explanation (EX we are charged after 14 days)
Example
Availability
Availability is outlined in two distinct areas. One being the 'scan' bar that is positioned just below the pricing, tonnage, and rental period. The other area is the expandable box labeled All Service Availability Info.
The bar displays what we consider to be four exceptional availabilities (Same Day, Next Day, Saturday, and Sunday). We consider a window to be our standard availability for any hauler and all window info and notes will be found inside the expandable box below the bar.
Warning
The bar applies only to deliveries - all other services (E&R, swap, pickup) can be found in the expandable area.
Warning
The bar does not account for windows - window information is found inside of the expandable area below the bar
The bar follows the same layout as the accepted debris types bar with some differences in color and icon meaning.
- Green with a check check_circle - Deliveries can be made for this period and have been verified by the hauler
- Hauler verified means that the hauler has told our vendor relations team they can deliver during this time if the order is in before the cutoff time. It does not imply the hauler should not be called about availability or inventory before placing an order.
- Hover to see the cutoff time and any associated notes.
- Orange with a question markhelp - Deliveries can be made for this time period but are not verified by the hauler
- Hauler unverified represents a loose agreement with the hauler that, if they have the capability, they may be able to perform a delivery during this time period. This requires reaching out a hauler to verify availability and inventory before placing an order.
- Hover to see the cutoff time and any associated notes.
- Grey with a cross block - Deliveries will not be made during this time period.

The availability info for all services (New Deliveries, Empty and Return, Swap, and Pickup) is available within the All Service Availability Info expandable box.
Must Call
phone icon means that you must call to verify this availability before placing an order.
Permit Info
The final expandable section that may show up in the pricing blocks is the permit info section. If the vendor relations team has any notes specific to permits in a given area they will be displayed below All Service Availability Info. Otherwise, if no permit info has been set, this section will not show up.
