Meta Data

We've added several pieces of meta data to the alert output to make sure users are informed. There are a few pieces of information that are common to all alert types that are helpful for users:

1. The created at or updated at date - so the users know how old the alert is.
2. The create by or update by user - so users know who to contact if they have questions about an alert.

This data is added to the output of all alerts and is automatically added and updated based on the time, date, and user who is creating or updating an alert.
