Mako stands for Mapping And other Key Operations. It is an application used by a large portion of both our sales and support staff. It's primary function is to provide fast and accurate quotation searches to our sales (inbound, commercial, and enterprise) staff. These searches are conducted exclusively based on customer geography - either a zip code/city name or their specific address.

The information represented in search results is maintained and curated by the Vendor Relations and Information Systems teams. The secondary focus of the application is to make the lives of those teams as easy as possible. Because of our broker business model, the amount of information required to provide accurate quotations can be staggering and overwhelming. It is for these reasons that part of our duty is to make sure the application is reliable and easy to work with.
